Hi, I'm Jessie
_edited_edited.jpg)
Coach & Consultant
I grew up all over the world. My father was in the Air Force, and my parents, my big sister, and I relocated every two years (or so). It was both as difficult and as incredible as you might imagine. Everyone responds differently to that kind of upbringing, but for me, it shaped me into someone who builds rapport quickly—and someone who doesn’t entertain beating around the bush.
“Let’s get right to it, because we’re going to move on soon, and there’s no time to waste.”
I’m not terribly gentle, nor have I ever been described as subtle. Not because I don’t care, but because I do. I’m a deeply passionate person, committed to making the very most of the time I have here. In this city. On this planet. In this body.
I’ve been through the wringer. I’ve moved a dozen times. I’ve survived domestic violence—and the divorce, co-parenting, and custody battles that followed. I’ve experienced pure, unadulterated love and adoration, and crushing heartbreak and loss. I’ve raised two beautiful young men and fostered a daughter. I’ve climbed the corporate ladder to the top of my field, only to be blindsided by layoffs and a saturated market.
I’ve lost friends to an icy political climate and rebuilt a support system of ride-or-die friends, mentors, coaches, and lovers. I’ve come out of every closet I’ve found myself in and embraced my nature as a fluid, ever-changing being. I’ve practiced religion dogmatically, atheism dogmatically, and eventually softened into a middle place where I now practice Zen.
Along this road, I also discovered I’m AuDHD—an autistic ADHDer—which suddenly cast my entire life in a new light. The way I think, relate, sense, feel, create, strategize, meltdown, rebuild—all of it finally made sense. I’ve spent years learning how to exist in a world that wasn’t built for my wiring, and those hard-earned skills are exactly what I now teach. Not theory—lived experience, pattern recognition, and nervous-system-level wisdom. I’ve lived my whole life in a body that doesn’t function the way it’s “supposed to,” and I’ve broken up with the medical system that simply doesn’t understand.
Despite the rocky road. I am deeply satisfied. I love my life. I think it's because at every single transition point in my journey, I’ve had someone in my corner—reminding me who I am and what I’m capable of. Someone not terribly gentle, or subtle. Someone who loves me enough to scream from the sidelines when I’m not playing the game to the best of my ability.
A coach.
I’ve always had a coach. That’s why I do this work.
I can’t tell you who you are or what you want. But if you tell me who you are, I’ll believe you. If you tell me what you want, I’ll help you achieve it—without betraying yourself, your body, or your support system.
You don’t need someone to tell you what to do.
You just need someone in your corner to help you do it.

What a Session Looks Like
Sessions Are Alive, Not Scripted
The first session or two… we’ll just talk.
You can monologue, or I’ll ask questions to help you tell me who you are.
I want to get a solid grasp of who you are and how I can best support you.
After that, every session takes the shape you need in the moment.
Sometimes it looks like:-
Talking + untangling: sorting through whatever’s happening—work stress, emotional overwhelm, decision paralysis, burnout.
-
Strategy + next steps: mapping a plan or choosing one (just one) meaningful action.
-
Mindfulness + regulation: I’ll teach simple, practical techniques and guide you through them in real time.
-
Body doubling: I’ll literally sit on the phone with you while you do the thing you’ve been avoiding.
-
Communication help: workshopping an email, outlining a conversation, writing a letter, or practicing a boundary.
Coaching with me is a living thing—part conversation, part practice, part real-time support.
Enneagram-Informed Coaching (If You Want It)
I’m an Enneagram-trained coach, and if you’re interested, we can bring your type into the work. Not in a rigid “here’s your label” way—more like a map of how your system protects you, connects you, and gets overwhelmed.
The Enneagram can help illuminate:-
your patterns and stuck points
-
your communication style
-
your stress cycles
-
how you regulate
-
what you need to feel safe, creative, grounded, or connected
-
how you relate to others (and why they confuse the hell out of you)
If it resonates, we’ll use it.
If it doesn't, we won’t. Period.
Between Sessions
Once we’ve built rhythm and rapport, you also get access to:-
Mini-sessions for quick support
-
Text check-ins to celebrate wins, regulate in the moment, or line up an impromptu call
This is human support, not a rigid program.
This Is Life Support, Not Therapy
I’m not here to diagnose, analyze childhood wounds, or keep you in your head.
I’m here to help you navigate your actual life—in your actual body—with clarity, honesty, and support.
Common Genres
Career
Rewrite your résumé or LinkedIn, prep for interviews, craft communication with your boss, or decide it’s time to walk away.
This isn’t about chasing titles—it’s about building work that fits your life, not the other way around.
Relationships
Build language that’s honest and kind.
Plan a conversation or finally set the boundary you’ve been circling.
The goal: show up as yourself—calm, clear, connected.
Parenting
Reset routines, script tough conversations, or figure out how to regulate before you engage.
This is parenting from presence, not panic.
Autonomy
Identify what drains you, what’s yours to carry, and what needs to be released.
Autonomy isn’t isolation—it’s self-trust.
And self-trust is the foundation for everything else.-
Consulting for Organizations Ready to Work Smarter, Not Harder
Before we optimize workflows or implement new tools, we start by identifying where the real friction lives.
Because most organizational issues aren’t about skill or effort… they’re about relationships.
Miscommunication. Unclear ownership. Conflicting priorities.
Teams that like each other but don’t know how to work with each other.
That’s where I come in.
I work with leadership, HR, and recruiting teams to assess how people are actually functioning, not just what the org chart says. We’ll look at how information flows, where decisions get stuck, and how trust (or lack of it) shapes the way work gets done.
Once we understand what’s really off, we rebuild from clarity.
That means simple, human systems that reduce friction and restore integrity, so teams can move forward with confidence, not chaos.
What This Looks Like
Phase One: Clarity & Alignment Sessions
I start by listening.
Through interviews, group sessions, and observation, I'll map how your team interacts day to day:
-
How do leaders, peers, and cross-functional partners actually communicate?
-
Where are the unspoken expectations or power struggles?
-
Which breakdowns keep repeating — and what patterns hold them in place?
-
What’s working beautifully that can be amplified?
These sessions reveal both the interpersonal and structural friction points before any tactical changes are made.
Phase Two: Tactical Implementation
Once clarity is established, we co-create practical solutions that fit your culture. That might include:
-
Process mapping and bottleneck analysis
-
Role clarity and decision-rights workshops
-
Communication protocols and meeting hygiene resets
-
Half- or full-day team offsites for repair, reconnection, and alignment
-
Actionable recommendations for smoother workflows and healthier team dynamics
Why This Works
When people understand how they work together, not just what they do, everything improves.
Decisions move faster. Conversations get kinder. Accountability stops feeling like blame.
Your processes become more efficient, not because they’re stricter, but because they’re clearer.
And your teams start to function like humans who trust each other, not machines that need more tuning.
Best For
-
HR and recruiting teams craving clarity and consistency
-
Leadership teams navigating growth, turnover, or burnout
-
Companies aiming to retain talent by improving how people relate, not just how they perform
